The Alan Madden Foundation was established to honor the life of young Alan Madden, who at the age of 5, was fatally abused by his mother and her boyfriend. His light continues to shine through the efforts of the Alan Madden Foundation.
Alan has taught us the importance of early recognition and intervention of our at-risk youth, and the need for policy makers, government agencies, community resources and families to stand together to solve the problem of child abuse.
Over the past 11 years, the Alan Madden Foundation has grown considerably throughout the United States and has become an integral part of the solution.
It takes a village.
We Are The
Alan Madden Foundation
We are a faith-based non-profit organization that recognizes the importance of building a family foundation for our at-risk young adults. We emphasize the value of faith, education, independent living skills training, self-advocacy and giving back to the community. Our goal is to prepare our youth for a successful transition into adulthood.

Victoria Sirmon-Herrin
Victoria began her journey with the foster care system as a foster parent of traditional and special needs foster youth. Along with her husband, they have provided their love and their home to dozens of foster kids over the years. In addition to fostering children, they have adopted seven foster kids.
Wanting to help even more foster youth, in 2012, Victoria partnered with other foster families, non-profit organizations, and corporate sponsors and formed the NexGen Band. This band composed primarily of foster and adopted youth, traveled throughout the State of Florida showcasing their talents and serving as a voice for all youth in foster care.
It was through her experiences and challenges with the Nexgen Band that she realized that youth in foster care need a strong voice so she formed the Alan Madden Foundation.
Today, Victoria and the Alan Madden Foundation focuses on providing homes and services to teens that have aged out of foster care and youth that have been victims of sex trafficking.
